Setter compensation · what you can earn

Your earnings, at a glance

Drag the sliders to match how you set. The more appointments you book and the more of them show up live, the more you make - and once the cash your shows collect clears $50k, a gate bonus kicks in on top.

Your pipeline Inbound leads only

Every appointment here is an inbound, opt-in lead - people who requested a call. No cold calling or outbound. Volume is how many you book a day; show rate is your craft - confirming, reminding, and booking people who mean it.

200 booked

At 10 booked a day, 5–6 days a week, you’ll set roughly 200–240 inbound appointments a month.

70%

This is your number. Right now we have no setter and haven't worked on our speed-to-lead, so our show rate sits at just 55–60%. A setter who confirms and reminds well pushes show-up to around 70–75% - and every point you add here is more per-show pay and more cash through your gate.

What you book into

Two offers at two price points. The premium offer collects more cash per close - and with financing on both, price rarely kills a booked call.

What happens after the booking

Your shows still have to qualify, close, and collect cleanly. Most of this sits downstream of you - but since your gate pays on the cash your shows actually collect, every one of these dials moves it.

Downstream of you. You don’t set the close rate or the refund and default rates - but booking people who can actually buy (your qualified %) is squarely on you, and it feeds straight into the cash that drives your gate.

Your comp plan

Three stacked parts: a guaranteed base, a bonus on every show you generate, and a tiered gate on the cash your shows collect. The plan terms are fixed - what you earn from them is up to you.

The gate is retroactive. The highest tier your collected cash reaches pays out on every dollar you collected that month - not just the cash above the line.

How the gate works

$0 gate this month

  • 1Every dollar of cash your shows collect this month is tracked. The gate stays dormant until you pass $50k collected - below that, there’s no gate bonus.
  • 2It is retroactive. The moment you cross a threshold, that tier’s rate applies to all the cash you collected - 0.5% past $50k, 1% past $100k, 1.5% past $150k, 2% past $200k.
  • 3So crossing $100k doesn’t just lift the next dollar - it re-rates your whole month to the higher rate. The jumps are real, which is why the curve below steps up at each line.

Your $2,000 base is guaranteed every month, no matter what. Per-show and the gate stack on top of it.
